STRATEGY
As Creative Director, I've led the end-to-end design of exhibition booths for two of the beauty industry's most high-stakes stages — Ulta Beauty's Field Leadership Conference (FLC) and Ulta Beauty World — bringing brands to life in front of thousands of store leaders, brand executives, and beauty consumers.
Over three consecutive years, I've designed booths for Lolavie at the Ulta Beauty FLC — one edition in San Antonio and two in Orlando.
These aren't small stages: the FLC draws approximately 2,500 store employees and brand executives, while Ulta Beauty World has grown into a full cultural moment — selling out 3,000 tickets in 71 minutes with over 3 million people attempting to get access.
I bring full-pipeline creative ownership: spatial concepting, brand translation, fabrication oversight, and on-site execution — designed to perform under pressure, in front of the most beauty-savvy audiences in the industry.
